Join our community of women on the beautiful grounds of Westmont College in Santa Barbara for a time of spiritual retreat, refreshment and connection. We will be focus on reconnecting with God as our first love. We will also have plenty of opportunities for worship, prayer, good food, and just having fun. The founder of Heart’s Desire Ministries, Debbie is a speaker, singer, and author whose presentations flow from her desire to encourage those who have become stuck in a Christian rut. Her conversational style of speaking will make you feel as if you are chatting with a good friend. Her stories and Biblical teaching illuminate the lessons and provide each listener with “food for thought.” Debbie has spoken at several secular and Christian events.
Debbie has been singing her whole life, from church choir to vocal teams to a Christmas caroling group. She has served as the worship director for weekly Communion Service at Mariner’s Church and is currently the worship leader for Pasadena’s First Church of the Nazarene’s women’s Bible Study. She has released her own CD, Heart’s Desire. Her songs melt the heart and allow God’s message to take root.
