LEAGUE: Men's Division A and Women's Division (Cancelled - due to lack of teams - March 29, 2004) DATES: Men's Division A: Monday nights April 12 thru (mid or late) June Women's Division: Tuesday nights April 13 thru (mid or late) June ENTRY DEADLINE: Sunday, March 28, 2004 Team roster and entry fee must be received by above the date (Due to the popularity of the sport, we recommend that you submit your team's entry as soon as possible. Once the number of teams for the leagues is filled, we will not accept any more entries). ENTRY FEES: $50 * To help cover some of the costs for maintenance and utilities. Make a check payable to "FCBC" and in a sealed envelope, please either place it in the RECREATION mailbox or mail it to FCBC, attention REC Director. OBJECTIVE: To provide a place of fellowship for FCBC members and their guests. ELIGIBILITY: Leagues are opened to all FCBC members and their guests. During the regular school year, we ask those in high school and below to refrain from participating in any weeknight leagues. REQUIREMENT:
TEAM ENTRY:
INDIVIDUAL (aka FREE AGENT): If you are not affiliated with any teams, and would like to participate in one of the leagues after meeting the above requirements, please complete the "Individual" section at the bottom of the downloadable form, and submit it to the Recreation Mailbox in the Hall of Truth or you complete the online form. We will try our best to place you in a team, but NO GUARANTEES. |
