  3. The Chinatown Dragon Parade: This Sat., Jan. 28. The Boy Scouts will have a fundraiser at the Adobe Lot. There is no charge for people who park for the Medical Building across the Adobe Lot or for church members who come to church.

  5. Facebook Seminar for Teachers and Workers In Our Children’s Ministry: Next Sun., Jan. 29. If you have questions and are not ready to meet the Children’s Dept. goal of having all teachers on Facebook by this year, you should attend. Gene Wong, who does teacher’s workshops for his school district, is the instructor. Eat and meet @ 12:45 p.m. in the Praise Center.
  6. Have You Ever Been A Part Of A Short-Term Mission Team Or Served On the Mission Field?  Perhaps God may be calling you to consider longer-term mission opportunities. Have you ever wondered if God might want you to be a part of a short-term mission team or serve on the mission field? Then come to the Next Step meeting on Sun., Jan., 29, 12:45 p.m., H/Truth 216-219. Hear from our missionary Joyce Jow on how God led her to become a missionary.   7. Women’s Ministry: Tired of paying too much for greeting cards? Come join us in making Creative Greeting Cards - Fridays, Feb. 3 to Mar. 30, 7:45- 9:45 p.m. at the Worship Center Conference Room. Enjoy good fellowship with prayer time afterwards. Costs only $5. Sign up before & after the 11 a.m. service.
