Adult Ministry - Family Ministry
AMFM is an umbrella covering all English ministries of FCBC, and specifically adult ministries (including care, men, women, missions programs, adult/family camp etc.) and family ministries (POPS, C2C, Baby Bootcamp, MCF, etc.)
AMFM is led by Pastor Ken Yee.
Vision: Wholeness – robustness and roundedness in Kingdom maturity. Colossians 1:28 “that we may present every man, woman and family complete in Christ”
Mission Statement: By being a people in community with one another -- church and family – we will synergize in mutual discipleship and Kingdom enterprise and pass the baton of spiritual legacy from our generation to the next.

Programming Core Values:
- Spiritual - The programs will be God centered, prayer driven, despite human transformation outcomes and excellent work efforts.
- Compelling - We will have programming to help our adults with each critical life transition. Thus the programs will be self-promoting because they are life-stage critical to the target audience; thus the programs focus on what is truly needed and appreciated. Other programming will be secondary.
- Transformational - Our goal is to help people master the critical developmental skills and understanding they need to succeed in each adult life stage. We will truly gain change level learning through experiences as opposed to mere learning of informational content.
- Evangelistic - The programming will be designed as pre-evangelistic opportunities to foster ongoing evangelism. We will try, in our programming, to be helpful to our unbelieving neighbor, relative, co-worker, and intentionally try to move new people from being visitors into believers into disciples into missional Kingdom ambassadors.
- User Friendly - Our programming will be designed with sensitivity to the extreme busy-ness and exhaustion of the typical modern adult, with high levels of accessibility, flexibility, etc. For example we will try to utilize on-line learning and seminars packaged in smaller learning time units.
We will emphasize the interpersonal, persons interacting in mutually beneficial and positive relationships.
