1. It provides multiple points of entry into the body of Christ.
2. It provides a very effective vehicle for evangelism.
3. It is one of the most effective ways to truly care for people.
4. It accelerates the spiritual growth of individuals and the church.
5. It properly shifts the work of the church to the people to fulfill Eph 4.

In small groups, people connect with other people, with God, and with the church. It is where "heart-to-heart" relationships are formed and authentic "people caring" takes place. Small group activities include applying scripture, prayer, sharing life together, caring for one another, evangelism, encouragement, and discipleship.

1. Types: Men’s groups and women’s groups
2. Location & Time: Anywhere & anytime depending on the group.
3. Group size: No more than 8 people.
4. Duration: Each session will run for one quarter. Groups will meet a minimum of once every other week. At the end of the session, each group will decide to either continue or to stop and form new groups
5. Small Group Leaders will be "older" brothers & sisters in the Lord.

The Winter Session is set to start: October 2006 – January 2007
